Best Western Plus Leamington Hotel & Conference Centre

Our 4 year old LOVED our 3 night stay. The kids activity room was awesome for releasing his energy. The room was open layout so we could sit and relax and see him at all times. The pool was very kid friendly. A whole section closed in where he could touch his feet on the bottom. Every night new kids came and he had a “new best friend” to play with in the activity room. Restaurant was good, Dino nuggets and fries, home made Mac and Cheese for our picky eater. My husband liked the burger, pizza wasn’t great but they had a good size menu. Night bartender was very friendly. This location was 10/10 for us. Better than the London location for our little one. The London location is more beautiful but the Leamington location is 100% better for kids.

It was awesome the kids loved it everything was open the only thing that we didn't like the one lady who worked the day shift jully 4th to 7th has a major attitude problem but staff like the maintenance guy kevin the young lady who waited on us for breakfast the young guys running the slide made up for the cpl not so nice front desk staff but not all was just one lady who worked days an guy who worked nites they could definitely be trained on customer service

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Very helpful getting us vouchers for the breakfast we had already paid for included in the room price so we wouldn’t be charged at the restaurant. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The hotel is in VERY close proximity to Point Pelee National Park which is why we chose it. It was clean, well organized, and had an elevator for accessibility. Toiletries and other standard items were provided, and extra coffee pods were provided at request. The hotel has an in-house restaurant which was decent. It was actually surprisingly good.

Everything was great. The pool, coffee/tea/water station. Room was great and easy access to elevator and stairs and luggage trolley. Great location to Point Pelee National Park and also to town.
